Elizabeth Dill joined Leading Now in 2022 as Founding Director of Operations and Finance. In her role, she oversees organizational operations, financial planning, and strategy.
Prior to Leading Now, Elizabeth was Chief of Staff and Education Pioneers COVID Response Fellow at Hartford (CT) Public Schools. Earlier in her career, she worked at Achievement Network (ANet), managed a 1-to-1 tutorial program site, and held positions in professional services marketing. Elizabeth received a master’s degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
Elizabeth lives in Western Massachusetts with her husband and their two young sons.
