David Hardy Jr. is an executive coach, speaker, and leadership strategist with more than two decades of experience helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen organizational culture, and lead meaningful change. He is the founder and CEO of All 365, where he provides executive coaching and leadership development for leaders across education, business, nonprofit, and sports sectors.
David began his career in education as a classroom teacher and later served in leadership roles ranging from principal to superintendent. He led significant improvement efforts in several school systems, including Lorain City Schools in Ohio, where the district achieved its strongest performance in nearly 25 years under his leadership. He later served as Vice President for People and Culture at Education Elements and co-founded Made By Change.
A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, David earned degrees from Colgate University and Columbia University and serves on nonprofit boards, including the Pahara Institute.
He lives in the DC area with his wife and their three children.
